Interesting. I thought Virtuallythere is part of what is or was known as Sabre which used to be a part of AA. The travel agent actually sent the itinerary to me by email using mytripandmore.com except the PNR in the email is dated for February 29, 2016 and when I checked the mytripandmore.com website, this is what it shows for the 5 electronic tickets we have on the PNR. All the February 29, 2016 x 5 tickets are voided. There are 5 electronic tickets dated March 1, 2016 for the exact same flights with another number. The credit card statement shows the same info as there are 5 transactions dated February 29, 2016 with the 4 flight pairs, each showing the Electronic Ticket Record Numbers. Then there is the credit for the 5 transactions with the 4 flight pairs dated for February 29, 2016 showing the electronic ticket record numbers. Then there is the March 1, 2016 for the 5 transactions with the 4 flight pairs and another set of electronic ticket numbers. Except I only see this on mytripandmore.com, I don't see it on checkmytrip.com or CX as the CX website seems to require me to enter the Electronic Ticket # before it will even let me see the reservation. Now I have a question, what's the difference between a PNR and the CX's Reservation Number? Are they the same thing or are they used differently? Since when I tried virtuallythere for example, it complained when I entered the PNR about it not being correct but did not complain when I enter the CX Reservation number except it did not go anywhere after I hit the submit button so it knows it's valid but can't seem to access the data.
