In May, on AA metal, the only route to PVG with F is ORD. Both LAX and DFW fly a 2 class 788 direct to PVG. LAX and ORD will be switching in June and then the 3 class service will be available for LAX - PVG.

I don't mind the angled seats on the 777 but find it annoying that you need to climb over someone to use the bathroom or walk around. However, the upgrade to F is pretty easy to get based on the number of seats.

DFW flys the 788 to PVG (no first) and the 77W to HKG.
