They've reliably had this in LGA D in the afternoons for at least a couple months now. It's actually kind of a nice late-afternoon snack, and I don't think it made the lounge smell any different.

It's not like they were cooking them in the cart. Just a couple warmers and the lid is kept on anytime they're not actually getting a hot dog out.
