Not quite what you were thinking of, but the last person to board MCI-LAS a week ago Thursday got 1F for free.

I was the single VDB who gave it up...

Somehow I doubt reaching their quasi-status levels will trigger free BFS seat assignments at T-24. If it did, why wouldn't they advertise it and use it as another carrot to drive people to the credit card?
