Either:

Remove them from their own HHA, add them to yours. Their avios will be pooled and taken out pro-rata.

Create an Avios.com account for each and transfer all avios there, create an Avios.com HHA with them, in a few months disband it by filling in and posting a form and claim all avios, transfer to your BAEC account.
