Well the fact that three straight rooms had either maintenance or housekeeping issues has to be a record. I built a larger and large sample size....pretty sad. Yes I understand we all have disappointing stays but the Grand Hyatt is supposedly 5 star and it was failing on items that even 1 star properties get right.
Whilst no-one can deny you had the experience that you had, it is also clear that your experience is simply not the norm.
Had it been reflective of the overall standard of the hotel, the comments on the thread would have reflected it.
And I also agree with
RTW1 that suite vs. non-suite doesn't come into it - what could possibly distinguish the experience of a Diamond in a suite vs. a Diamond not in a suite, other than the room itself (which is obviously what the DSU is for)?
