I have spoken to my travel agent, they insist there is no problem and the booking reference is valid and have sent me an email confirming this. I have exchanged numerous emails with BA this afternoon, who have been useless, and will not say whether the booking reference is valid or not. They have referred me back to my travel agent, who have referred me back to BA, i am dizzy with all the circles I am going around in.

The local Bangkok BA office does not open until tomorrow so will have to wait till then to talk to someone.
