ZBigFam, so sorry to hear you had so much troubles with your GH Singapore stay. If I'm not wrong, you will be getting an email from Grand Hyatt for a survey for your recent stay. You should describe what happened in the comments section. The last time I left a constructive feedback and also described some incidents that happened in my stay, the GM replied almost immediately. Hopefully your feedback will allow them to know their shortcomings.
It's seems clear to me that this hotel is only good for those that apply DSUs (see the most recent review). I only stayed one night and it was so bad that it actually is affecting my view of Hyatt as a whole. Upon checkout I showed them a picture of the trash that someone had left in the wardrobe and that housekeeping hadn't cleaned. They were aghast and proceeded to take a picture of my picture with their phone.
It just feels like they are living on reputation and address alone. I am staying the next three nights at the Westin Marina Bay and let me tell you this thing beats the Grand Hyatt. Rooms, lounge EVERYTHING are so much better.
