With respect to the airport shuttle, yes they have one but it wasn't operating last week when I stayed there. I only found this out when I called them. They volunteered to reimburse me for a taxi, so no worries there.

Nice place, got the job done. Interestingly, it looks nothing like a regular Four Points - apparently that's because they only became a Four Points shortly before opening (and not pre construction).

Surprisingly good hot breakfast at the restaurant, and as an earlier poster mentioned, nice gym.

No upgrade for me but didn't ask.
