Hello all. I'll be traveling from JFK - PEK - HND very soon and am contemplating about checking in my baggage. Online reviews of Air China are mostly negative and say that people often lose their baggage. Have anyone here experienced anything of that sort? Is it more reliable now? I really do not want to go through the hassle of losing my baggage as it'll contain some gifts for my friends in Tokyo. Thanks!
