Just had to cancel an F redemption from NRT-LAX. Absolutely no fuss, very friendly, extremely efficient.
Call answered after 3 rings (which caught me totally off guard as didn't even have the booking # ready
) - whole thing from start to finish took 8 minutes, including spelling out my quite complicated address ^
Didn't expect that!!!
Edit: Also the miles credited immediately during the call.
