I stupidly left a laptop on my flight to CUN on Thursday, on the floor below the seat in front of me. I submitted a lost item form online, but have gotten no response and would love to speak with the human at the Cancun airport before I fly out Sunday morning in case it's being held at the airport somewhere.

United agents have refused to give me a phone number for their people at the airport, and say I just need to wait for response to my lost item report.

Any advice? Thanks!
