I'd object to the three announcements. When I fly DL, it should not be like a WN party flight. There's no need to annoy other passengers, some of whom are trying to work during the flight, etc.

OTOH if the new MMer wanted a bit of a celebration, I see nothing wrong in making one announcement of the fact as part of some other announcement, such as the one welcoming FFers, and perhaps giving him some stuff that wasn't taken from another passenger higher in the pecking order.

IMO OP has a valid complaint if a FC meal was offered to the new MMer in coach before everyone in FC had made their meal selections. However, the Porsche isn't a published benefit for DMs. MMers, FC passengers, etc.
