I like the way the cockpit is up some stairs from there to its own level.
I prefer 1A/K because they are so private - there isn't a neighbour within a view, etc. and I've reported before that a good crew will empty the cupboard off sleeping materials after take-off (and deposit it in doors 1L or 1R) to avoid needing to open the cupboard during the flight.
