Do they hire lineboys to do it late at night? Perhaps in return for flying lessons?

I do remember a PBS segment on a cool computer-controlled wash-robot at Narita. It had to be programmed for each specific aircraft it serviced since pitot/static and other external systems could be different, even on similar aircraft.
