My experience is that it books pretty well, though point upgrades, OT upgrades, or EBD/P upgrades happens to a fair degree.

The food is still economy class fare, but somewhat nicer than the food in standard economy on SK, particularly the second meal. The drinks selection is the economy class selection with the beers that Mikkeler (Danish microbrewery) made specially for SK added. There is also a mid-flight sandwich/snack service (at least on NRT)
Space wise, the seats are very nice compared to regular economy, and while not J make for a fairly conformable flight.
