I am toying with a Premium Economy (Extra) flight on SK to either NRT or HKG. What should I expect in terms of seat comfort, food and drink on the flight?

Does this cabin usually depart full OR are there lot of upgraded passengers in this cabin?

Also, how does it compare with Lufthansa's premium economy product?
