I take that flight several times a year. As I stated in my earlier post, I did it about 2 weeks ago and was in the airport and at my gate within 10 minutes.

Both precheck and regular security were empty. No lines to check bags either. They have a fairly large operation at LGA for an airport that is not a focus city.

As SBM12 said, 90 minutes should be fine.
