Just finished a 4 night stay at the PH with the family in their twin deluxe suite. Let me start off with the pros. Internet was rock solid, great speed and no loss in connection. Service was outstanding. The staff are very efficient, kind and what you would expect from the PHs. Suite was very nice and larger than I expected. Some of the furnishing felt slightly outdated but overall condition was very good. Double bed size seemed like full size beds. We had room service breakfast on the last day and it was awesome. Food seem to taste better compared to the am breakfast at the restaurant. Was blown away by presentation and quality. The gym was on the smaller size but had everything I needed. Pool was very nice. Also, in the gym was a blood pressure machine which I've never seen before at other properties. Housekeeping was fantastic. I love how punctual everything is from room service to requests. It is fast, especially compared to other properties.

Cons. Location required to take the shuttle to Shinjuku station. Really nothing close by in terms of getting food. Gym is not 24 hours. Breakfast spread was not as extensive compared to other PH's. I felt it was limited and quite small.

Bottom line as a Diamond the service lived up to expectations. Glad I had the opportunity to stay at this property, and will do so in the future. Next month I'll be at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and the Conrad. Any questions ask away.
