My HKG-YVR flew days ago was barely over 10 hours. Left 1 hr late and arrived 30 mins early. Even YVR-HKG has been arriving early as they've been flying over China to get to HKG lately (completely avoiding the Pacific Ocean).

My AC129 YUL-YVR on Fri: YUL gate to YVR gate was 8 hrs 15 mins. Flight was supposed to leave at 19:10; everyone boarded then the captain said flight will be a bit late because lots of flights were delayed coming to YUL (people were looking around wondering what that has to do with our flight). Then few minutes later, he came on and admitted that the de-icer for engine 2 was broken and they need to find a part for it. At 20:00, he came on and said the mechanics fixed it with a part and he will test it by starting the engine at the gate. Few minutes later, he said he won't bother because Operations decided to switch aircraft as an A321 just came in from YYZ. Everyone got off and went to Gate 2 and was met by a pissy GA. Some people asked her whether seats will be the same and her reply was - 'Well, did I tell you it's different? Just go stand aside.' New departure time posted was 20:30; everyone on board at 20:30 then no more annoucements from the pilots except for some BS by FAs that we'll be leaving in 3 mins (must be been repeated 10 times since we boarded). People were getting extremely impatient at this point because of the constant annoucements that we'll be leaving in 3 mins. Lots of tired people who slept, got up and still at gate and slept and got up and still at gate so they were getting pissed. Finally left at 21:45. No more annoucements from the pilots about new arrival time (which seems to be normal these days, complete silence from the pilots) other than the 1 min til departure annoucement for FAs. Arrived at 12:15am, 2hrs35min late.
