Manual Paper application received at NEXUS Feb 29.
Entered into their system Mar 7 ; customs agent told me this on the phone and
gave me my SSID # Mar 8.
Conditional Approval Mar 10 on GOES site.

Great turnaround

I don't think interview date will be this fast.
