Has anyone ever flown Royal Jordanian and had issues having tier and airmiles credited to another Oneworld carrier?

I flew CDG-AMM-BKK-AMM-CDG over Christmas. My membership details were all provided upfront. 2 legs posted automatically and so far I've been in dicussion with BA about getting the other legs posted. Appreciate this could be an issue at BA's end, but they are hinting that RJ are holding the issue up. Just wondering if anyone else has flown with RJ and had to go through a painful experience to get points credited?
