FWIW, a wedge salad was also the "lunch" (not snack) offering on AS #486 SEA-SAN earlier this week. ( One of these days I'm going to do a separate post about the inconsistency between what shows up for "lunch" vs "dinner" vs "snack" in first.)

Also FWIW, before she even announced the lunch, the FA working first told me they had a cheese plate reserved for me - I'd booked it about a week in advance, then was upgraded at T-120. Apparently the upgrade IT system doesn't communicate with the catering IT system, as the tray was labeled with my name.

Single data point, but I was never asked to pay for the cheese plate they offered to me.
