When exactly did you nominate her? After her anniversary date or after her card expiry date?

Ideally you should nominate after card expiry date (so the end of the month after the anniversary date) as this would get the rest of year + 1 full year.

If you nominate after the anniversary but before the card expiry date I think you just get the rest of that year.
