Yes, I think you got the outdated menu, but your dinner flight looks like the Feb food options since the Alaskan cod has been replaced by the steak option in March. I don't mind being forced to have the salad, but not the beets or the yogurt/granola option.
Actually, I think the only route that had the steak was MSY, both in February and March.
In February I flew ANC-PHX (breakfast) and on the return trip it was dinner. In March I've flown SAN-BOS (breakfast ) and on the return trip dinner was served. All items on both menus were identical for both of those city pairs. The only exception was the "choose two" part of the March dinner menu wording.
