So if people can get approved with no business at all, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to get approved with a real business but with no income that you can prove. Just say your business income is $0 and be done with it. Amex will care about your personal income, not your business income.
What about after you get your card? Is there any review of spend as far as where you spend at after? I don't mean MS...I mean if you use it for obvious non business expenses (ie flight and hotel for vacation in Aruba for your family, or football season tickets, or repeated food shopping and restaurants...as examples)
