So here's the story:
I am booked on and LH flight, (LH flight number, LH ticket) and am trying to Use my CPU to upgrade. I am booked in E which is upgradeable
When i use the website:

I get an error that "We are having trouble with your request. Please call Lufthansa ..."
So i called the 1k desk. They said "We can't process these over the phone, only on the web, please talk to web support". Web support said "I can tell you how to do it, but not help or look at what is wrong", he then moved me to a "1k Customer support agent" who tried to help, but after being on hold twice for a total of 25 mins, my phone battery gave out.
Any thoughts on how to use my CPU for this flight?
