Currently at The Andaman - this is our 2nd night and 3 more to go...
Here is our experience:

- Used points + 5 night free ( paid additional points for sea view room - total 54000 points for 4+1 nights )
- Got a fantastic upgrade upon arrival ( Executive Pool Access Suite with seaview ). Great courtesy from the property however I have a feeling my Ambassador also used his magic.
- Property slowly started to show age however well maintained.
- As many mentioned - the nature and location of hotel is just amazing. Did not experience any concerns with bugs, flies etc ( at least not yet - I am very allergic so normally nature for me is kinda scary ) so indeed a job well done for the pest control.
- There are monkeys jumping, running and hanging around however not a concern if you lock your balcony at all times.
- There is a morning and night guided hiking within the forest - will try it tomorrow and can't wait for it.
- We will also visit the langkawi cable car - indeed looking forward to that too.
- Breakfast is OK - there is a good spread so I trust all will find something that will delight their sense of taste. I have seen better buffets in Asia though...
- Excellent platinum recognition and can't fault the staff.

Overall - we loved it - nothing to complain for us.
