I noticed that as well the other week when I was there. Other times that I've been at the GLA lounge it's usually been empty. My first visit to the lounge back in 2014 I sat there for the novelty but there are more comfortable sitting areas elsewhere in the lounge than the snug.
Could BA possibly be testing whether a curtained over area à la AF La Première is successful with the potential to implement it into a future NNNF (new new new first) cabin? Or they could be testing the waters of a possible 'lounge regionalisation' investment by renovating that area to create a bespoke Glasgow experience by changing it from the Glenlivet snug to the 'park next to the scheme' Buckie snug?
