As I mentioned in post #2 of this thread American Express is not very interested in the details of your business. Assuming your reimbursable expenses are modest compared to your income, American Express is much more interested in your personal income and credit score than they are in your "business" financials.

The business card application asks both about your personal income and your business. In your place I would list the Annual Business Revenue as $0, list your typical reimbursable expenses as your Estimated Monthly Expenses, and use only your Social Security Number as your Federal Tax ID number. List your verifiable personal income from 2015, don't project what you think you will earn this year.
