It's important to be clear, that just because the fare basis code is the same between the two does not mean that the two fares will have the same rules/restrictions and pricing behaviors. They are technically independent fares.
My corporate booking site also had a 4 digit code after the YAZ14UPN which I believe ended in 20...and that would make sense based on what I was offered through Concur, $1,284.. the published fare on ExpertFlyer for YAZ14UPN is $1,603.
