Exactly. How can I verify this without an itemized bill? Receipt emailed showed only total, as does aa.com. They've emailed my itinerary again to me but FAILED to include what I requested: the itemization of fees.
If it truly isn't included, I will pay at hotel our last night when we will stay in San Jose. Clearly I don't want to pay again for 5 pax though. What to do?
