I was waiting for my United Express flight to leave the gate when I looked out the window and saw this yellow trash bin by the door. Along the side was written UREA. It was the only yellow container - the rest were grey or some other dark color, with various 4-letter names. Anyone know the source of this acronym (hopefully)?
