The one thing I loved above everything else when I was on IB+ was the Gold / Platinum call center. Once you hit Gold you will see how great IB customer service is for their elite members, specially in contrast with the regular service they give for non-elites.

There is an outstanding issue with the February promotion for double avios on MAD-LHR which I did not receive.
