For 2015 I would vote for Amanjiwo. The Dalem Jiwo Suite is an experience in itself. We had such a great time there.
Other hotels not to be missed => Amanbagh / Four Seasons Florence / Aman Canal Grande / Hotel Bel-Air in LA
Have to agree with Four Seasons Florence. Everything there, from the setting, rooms and food to the service and the spa is fantastic.
