Mrs. P and I had 44G/H on an AMS-DTW flight a couple years ago. From what I could tell, the exit slide really protruded into 44J's space. Even still, that might be better than the other options. I guess it really depends on how much space 44B takes up.

Are you still PM? You should get free C+. Are they all taken as well?
