I have stayed at various Conrads and Waldorfs in 2016 and only 2 of the 3 promotions posted.
Got the 2000 points per night
Got the 5000 points for 2 night stay or longer
Never got the 2000,3000,5000 for first,second and third stay.
Took this up with Hilton and was told it could not be combined with the other two promotions sounds strange but they would not budge on it.
