Well, a few more:

WAW has one single smoking area airside, in the restaurant near gate 3. All lounges are non-smoking.

PRG has a couple of smoking areas on the bars on each pier, and a stand up smoking area in the upstairs section, near the restaurant. The ABC lounge is non-smoking.

BUD has small smoking areas (non-separated) dotted around 2A and 2B. The BA lounge has a smoking room, the MA ones don't.

FRA has small smoking stands all over the place. They have ashtrays and things to lean on. LH lounges have smoking areas.

AMS has now banned smoking in all places but bars and lounges. KL, BA and BD lounges all have smoking areas.

VIE has dedicated smoking areas in alcoves in the piers. The Grand Danube lounge has smoking areas.

LHR uses the 'wall of air' smoking areas (to good effect) in T1 Int, T2 and T4. These are dotted around. In T3 departures, there is a dedicated lounge near the toilets, which is huge and surprisingly nice. T1 Int also has a smoking area in the upstairs bar - the main one is down by the Europier. Europier itself has a Costa Coffee patrons-only smoking section. T1 Dom has a grim smoking area upstairs, above the BA Shuttle area. T1 arrivals has a smoking area by the exit. T3 arrivals has a smoking area in the bus station waiting area. T4 arrivals has a bus shelter outside for smoking.
