Hi, My name is Pam and I'm a nicoholic.

You guys will find this amazing, illustrative of the fact that I'm a well-developed addict, and of the fact that I apparently have no life...

BUT - I actually have a spreadsheet reminding myself of where I can smoke by concourse at the airports I've flown to - in a connection situation, I may only have 10 minutes - I need to know where I can go immediately!

I agree that the addicts' cage in Atlanta is the most humiliating. The long walk all the way outside the airport in Detroit is the most aggravating.. Charlotte is very friendly, still allowing smoking in bars - and all have a counter where you can stand and they won't hassle you about buying something.. FLL is pretty cool.. IAD has a cool lounge behind a bar with a "pass thru" window for your order, along w/ phones and a TV.. DFW is impossible - but at least it's not a long walk to get outside.. I could go on and on..

Would anybody be interested in contributing information regarding airports or airline concourses I may not have been to? If so, I can flesh out the spreadsheet and post it to my website for handy reference? Mine mostly addreses USAIR concourses at:
ATL, CLT, DAY, FLL, DFW, SAN, SNA, IAD, STL, JAX..

If so, email me ... please, no spam about how smoking is bad for me
