I have only seen one of their properties, in Waltham, Mass., which was nice enough. The chain is operated by Wyndham Hotels (which I view as a bad fact), but a friend of mine who works for Summerfield Suites, a sister chain, speaks highly of Sierra Suites. With respect to individual properties, as with all of these types of chains, newer is always better than older.
