Well it is good that the Swiss authorities have woken up to the fact that in the last few years four aircraft have been lost to major accidents near Zurich, there was the Swissair accident in Canada, the bankruptcy of Swissair, the continuing financial crises at their successors Swiss, the flawed privatisation of the air traffic control service Skyguide, the pilots cheating in exams issue, the unnecessary use of less safe runways at ZUR for political appeasement of certain residents groups - the list just goes on.

It has to be more than coincidence. Is there a genuine will in Switzerland to identify the issues and deal with them ?
