I generally agree this is doable.

The two cautions I might add are: (1) BOG is subject to really aggravating tarmac delays due to construction and congestion at the gates. So even if you land on time, it could take you a while to get to the gate; (2) BOG has the most annoying international departure procedures of any airport I know. You go through multiple document checks (six at my last count, flying UA) before being allowed to board. I believe it's now slightly easier, as they've removed the requirement you visit the window to get a tax exemption stamp. But still, expect lots of bureaucracy as you work your way back through departures.
