I'm arriving from YOW as well, then to USA. I have to re-clear security upon arrival in YUL and then join the USA pre-clear??
Haven't done this in a while but don't remember that being the case.
I've got an hour. I picked YUL over YYZ intentionally thinking nothing could be worse than YYZ.
