For those of you familiar with YYZ:

I'm trying to get from ORD - VRA. (not HAV as the title says) I found an AC flight that arrives at 8:50 am then a Westjet flight that leaves at 9:58 am. I know AC comes in on Terminal 1 and Westjet leaves from Terminal 3. I'm not familiar with terminal changes in Toronto so I don't know how long this takes. I did find the process laid out on the YYZ website, but it doesn't give times. Is this possible or am I foolish for trying?

NOTES:
I won't have checked luggage.
These are two separate itineraries. I would check in online for Westjet the night before (everything I've read says I can).
I'm a US citizen. I don't think this is an issue at all for travel to Cuba (at least as far as going there is concerned), but let me know if I'm missing something.
This is the Monday morning after Easter Sunday, so I'm a little worried about security lines as my USA precheck doesn't apply here (I don't think) and I'd have no elite status on Westjet.
I don't believe I need to clear Canadian customs, but let me know if this is incorrect.
