When I was in Egypt a few months before the Arab spring, there was no lounge at ABS or ASW. ABS has a small cramped terminal, basically most people fly in get the free bus to the site then back about 2 or 3 hrs later. All 4 of my MS flights within Egypt were late. The lounge in CAI was okay, better than most lounges in the US operated by US carriers.
