There has been a 77W with fully flat beds in J operating LAX-MIA although I'm not clear if that's a permanent position. There's been at least 1 daytime 772 service on that route for a very long time. That has sloping seats in J and fully horizontal in F. The older 763's which tend to be on MIA-SFO have the same but no F.
I double checked and indeed the 777/767 used on LAX<>MIA operate during daytime only as they're ferried across the continent to operate TATL/TPAC/South America flights overnight.
Overnight it's just a mixture of 737/32X that operate the route.
AA should definitely deploy A321Ts asap.
