My wife and I plan on taking a trip to Thailand with our six year old son. We are interested in spending five to seven nights in Thailand at a luxury adventure type resort followed by five to seven nights in Beijing. My wife and I have spent considerable time in Bangkok and have enjoyed staying at the Peninsula. For this particular trip we're considering somewhere in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai or the Golden Triangle. We're very interested in something unique and adventure themed. The Anantara Elephant Reserve in the Golden Triangle all inclusive resort seems very much in line for what we're looking for. We really want something unique, however we really enjoy luxury. The Anantara Elephant Reserve is the only place that seems in line for what were looking for, however I'm sure there are many more. We're open to other locations as well. Thank you in advance for your help.
