hmm, maybe all my experiences had been if due to the fact I have status (various level) with AC over the years. So, I will offer the same to you, if you want, PM me your PNR and lastname and I will see what happen with the agent I get when I call in with my SE status, when I said I want to help a friend to "change" the assigned seats.
