Hyatt used to be No.1 for the rich and famous. You could often spot famous actors, politicians, TV people, etc. Top notch ultra expensive restaurants. With SR arrival, that is changing... Hipsters prefer SR more than Hyatt. Location wise -- close. Most Hyatt rooms have no view. SR rooms have no view either.
