The seat on your LHR-SIN is an improved version of the seat on your SIN-CPH. Even for the latest Biz seat that you experienced on LHR-SIN the seat back folds down for sleeping. It does offer a better lounging position though over its predecessor which has the same underpinnings.

As lokijuh said, there is no seat around with SQ that is like the CX seat.

If you fly SIN-DEL, IIRC one of the two daily flights currently is a 772 (SQ402) with the regional angled flat seat and one is an A388 (SQ406) with at least the fully flat seat version as you had on your SIN-CPH. Hence, if you are flexible on timings it s advisable to take the A388 service between SIN and DEL as at least you get a fairly decent fully flat seat. YMMV.
